We are not suitable for beach types who are able to lie around the whole holiday, we are not suitable for small children and their parents who are looking for children's centers, water slides and other attractions nearby. We are not suitable for people who think that in the tropics they will not meet a spider, a wasp, a cockroach, an ant, a grasshopper, a lizard, a gecko, a wasp....... let these people look for their stays somewhere else, please. Please think in advance if you want to spend your vacation with us for a fraction of the price you would pay in a hotel. And use the saved money for travel, trips, exploring the beauties of the Dominican Republic in a rented car, on a motorcycle or in GuaGua - the local adventure public transport. Think it over :-).

....you come to a super clean and new accommodation. If you make a mess in the apartments or ground floor house and then complain about it, it's kind of your problem. However, we are at your disposal at any time if a malfunction occurs and something does not work. We are in the Dominican Republic, where unfortunately something is still not working. However: the accommodation price includes cleaning once a week, which is done by Marisol's wife. We change towels once every 4 days. Also bed linen once a week. The accommodation also has its own washing machine and place for drying clothes, which are fully at your disposal. Other extras of your requests, if we can meet them, are at an additional cost.
